Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on The Optimal Absorption website may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order. If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The Optimal Absorption reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
